TILING CONTRACTORS SERVICE
Terms and Conditions
- Seven Star Tiling shall provide all the client a service described in the accompany quotation.
- Seven Star Tiling may suspend work or cancel this contractual agreement if the Client has money payable to Seven Star Tiling being outstanding for more than 7 days
- The quotation is accepted by the client either in writing or by other conduct
- Seven Star Tiling will be entitled to vary the fee (including additional fees) whenever the services are subject to variations.
- If the Client suspends work or cancels the Contract, the Client will meet all loss, damage costs or expense, including loss of profits incurred by Seven Star Tiling as a result of the suspension or cancellation.
- Seven Star Tiling may cancel work according to weather conditions.
- All prices excluding GST
- No refund of deposit given
- Before work hours, if the client of the job is to supply the tiles, the client should place the tiles as close as possible to the location to be tiled.
Additionals
Additional charge required for the following;
- supplying of floor waste cost start from $15/ea
- Tiling the side of stair case
- laying strip mosaics tiles a. Horizontal $40.00 per/m b. Vertical $30.00 per/m
- Tiling kitchen splash back rate start from $400.00 + materials
- Tiling laundry splash back rate start from $150.00 + materials
- If Seven Star Tiling agreed to supply materials this will only include ( Glue, Grout, Spacers, Sand, Cement and plastic tile trim)
- If the tiling bed is more than 40mm heights
- If Seven Star Tiling did not agreed with the client for removing rubbish then every waste caused by Seven Star Tiling will stay in job site
- Any design in tiling client want such as (brick batten shape, diamond shape, laying of fetcher floor or wall tiling...ext)
- Removing of (carpet, doors, architrave, furniture, bathroom accessories, toilets, rubbish, exiting tiles ...ext)
- Carrying tiles to the location to be tiled
- If chicken wire & plastic needed
- If customer decisieds to use chrome angle
- Bricking the bath tub rate start from $200.00 + materials
- Bricking the spa tub rate start from $350.00 + materials
Before Seven Star Tiling commences work
- All the requirements should be explained to the tilers.
- It is our commitment and responsibility to provide you with quality labour and have the job completed as agreed
Terms of Payment
(a)The client agrees to pay all money, including interest and additional fees due to variations, to Seven Star Tiling within 7 days of the date of invoice.
(b) Money that is not paid within that period will attract interest from the date of invoice until payment at the rate of 18% per annum.
(c) In addition Seven Star Tiling will be reimbursed for the cost involved to retrieve the invoiced monies owed including legal fees, until full payment is received
(d) Where the Client provides notice of cancellation of services less than 48 hours before the work is to be started the deposit will be forfeited
(e) Before starting the job, a deposit payment required for the equipment &materials, the maximum of %10 if the value less the $20.000 & %5 if the value more the $20.000 and that will deducted from the first progress payment
(f) During starting of the job or when materials are delivered by seven star tiling a progress should be made by seven star tiling every seven days.
